Apply Online

You can now apply for ScreenWest funding programs online. The online application process is easy and secure.

Where do I start?

You must first sign up to ScreenWest's online VIP service, ScreenXtra.

ScreenXtra allows you to apply online, submit news articles and add your details to the Western Australian Production Directory.

If you have previously signed up to receive ScreenWest's e-newsletter ScreenOnline, then you will automatically have a ScreenXtra account.

What's next?

Once you have logged in to ScreenXtra, select the funding scheme and round you wish to apply for and click the 'Apply' button in the top right hand corner of the window. You will then be taken through a step-by-step process to complete and submit your application.

What if I need to make some changes?

You can save your application form to complete and submit at a later time (prior to the closing date for that round).

Once you have submitted your application online you cannot make any changes, however if you need to edit your application please contact ScreenWest.

Please do not submit more than one application for the same project in the same funding scheme/round.

How do I know if my application has been received?

You will be sent an automatic email confirmation within 24 hours of submitting online.

The email confirmation will include a receipt number. Please keep a copy of your receipt number as ScreenWest staff may ask you to quote the number in any future correspondence.

Can I still print and submit my application?

There is currently no facility to print out your online application form.

If you would prefer to submit your application via email, post or hand delivery, you can download and print out a blank application form. The downloadable application form is found on each funding program page.

If you submit your application via email, post or hand delivery you will receive written confirmation within two working days of the closing date. If you don't receive written confirmation within this timeframe it is expected and recommended that you contact ScreenWest.
